- 1 to 2 green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat in deep skillet or frying pan.

4Add tomato juice. When this is bubbling, add rice.

5Cover and cook slowly about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
