- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt (if desired)
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 5 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Fry bacon slowly and pour off some of the fat.

2Brown chopped onion and beef in fat.

3Add seasonings.

4Add tomatoes and well washed rice.

5This will be a thick mixture at the end of cooking period.

6If desired thinner, add a cup of water.

7When ready to serve, lightly stir to bring up color of tomatoes.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.
