  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. water
