- 1/2 lb. bacon ends
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Fry bacon ends.

2Saute onion and bell pepper in 3 tablespoons bacon grease in large skillet until tender.

3Add all other ingredients.

4Cook slowly, covered, for approximately 45 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled bacon ends on top and serve.
