- 1 c. onions
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 large can tomatoes
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. green pepper
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 large bay leaf
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Add chopped green pepper.

3Add cooked rice.

4Salt to taste, bay leaf and cloves.

5Add tomatoes.

6Simmer 15 or 20 minutes.

7Take out bay leaf and cloves.
