- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Brown the bacon, drain and cut into snippets (small pieces). Saute the veggies in some of the bacon grease.

2Add rice and saute until veggies are somewhat crispy.

3Add tomatoes, soup and bacon pieces.

4Cook in heavy pan, about 1 hour, on top of stove.

5Stir to keep from sticking.

6May need a little moisture added.
