  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 12 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unfermented soy sauce
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes (also known as brewer's yeast)
  • 14 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons diced green chilies (mild)

Directions

    saute gree pepper and celery in small amount of vegetable broth or water until soft.

    Then, mix everything together and place in a 9 inch pie plate.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
