- 14 lb salt pork, cubed
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 14 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup tomato sauce
- 34 cup raw white rice
- Spanish olives

Directions

1Using a frying pan with a lid, fry salt pork until brown.

2Add onion and green bell pepper and saute until soft.

3Add tomato sauce and rice and fry for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
