- 2 tablespoons oil
- 14 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 12 cups rice
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 12 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Directions

1In a large sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.

2Add dry rice as well as onion and garlic powders and cook for about 5 minutes or until rice becomes a golden brown.

3Add in broth and then tomato sauce slowly to avoid splashing.

4Stir and bring to a boil.

5Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer for 20-25 minutes (keep pot covered).

6Fluff with a fork, and serve.
