Ingredients

  • 1 packages turkey wings
  • 1 packages turkey necks
  • 1 whole onion
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 celery ribs with the leaves
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 cup water
  • 1 fresh herb: sage, rosemary & thyme

Directions

    Place turkey parts in a large stock pot, season with salt & pepper and water and vegetables, reason with salt & pepper , add herbs

    Cook on medium high, bring to boil.

    Turn down heat to simmer cook about 1hr - 1hr 30 min.
