  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, fried with onion
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • sliced Velveeta cheese
  • bacon

Directions

    Combine and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with sliced Velveeta cheese. Top with bacon. Cover for half of the cooking time.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
