- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 qt. soup stock
- bread crumbs, buttered (as needed)
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 16 cans shrimp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- cayenne to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add flour and seasoning and blend.

3Add soup stock and cream.

4Cook until thick and add catsup.

5Add shrimp last.

6Pour into buttered baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs.

7Bake in a hot oven (425°) for 15 minutes.

8Makes 40 servings.
