  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 qt. soup stock
  • bread crumbs, buttered (as needed)
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 16 cans shrimp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cayenne to taste

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add flour and seasoning and blend.

    Add soup stock and cream.

    Cook until thick and add catsup.

    Add shrimp last.

    Pour into buttered baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs.

    Bake in a hot oven (425°) for 15 minutes.
