  • 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
  • 1 carton Swanson's Beef Stock
  • 8-10 oz. Beef Tips
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • A dash of chili powder, oregano, and basil (ground)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix the broth and the stock in a large pot over high heat. Leave it to boil.

    Once boiling, add the vegetables. Let simmer until veggies are only lightly crispy.

    While it sits, cook the beef in a medium saucepan. Once thoroughly cooked, add beef tips to pot. Let it sit until the meat is tender and the vegetables are soft.

    Add spices, salt, and pepper, then serve in bowls with a fresh roll.
