- 6 zucchini squash
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice squash and onion.

2Saute in butter until tender.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Add drained chilies and corn.

5Place in casserole and cover with cheese.

6Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
