  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak (in 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 c. sliced green olives
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
