- 4 lb. pork spareribs
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
- 1 clove garlic, chopped and minced
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2To speed up cooking time, precook ribs. Boil for 15 minutes first.

3Pour marinade in gallon Ziploc bag and add ribs.

4Turn a few times.

5Best to marinade overnight.

6Grill on low an hour, basting often.
