  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold lemon-lime drink
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add drink, lemon juice and peel.

    Pour into an 8 to 9-inch square pan; cover.

    Freeze about 3 hours.

    Remove from freezer; let stand about 10 minutes.

    Beat at medium speed.
