Ingredients: 5.25 oz frozen strawberries, thawed for 10 mins, sliced; 5.25 oz frozen raspberries; 2 tbsp granulated sugar; 1 None cinnamon stick; 1/3 cup raspberry brandy; 750 ml sparkling dry white wine, chilled; None None fresh mint sprigs, to garnish

5.25 oz frozen strawberries, thawed for 10 mins, sliced
5.25 oz frozen raspberries
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 None cinnamon stick
1/3 cup raspberry brandy
750 ml sparkling dry white wine, chilled
None None fresh mint sprigs, to garnish

Directions

Combine fruit. Toss with sugar and cinnamon stick. Cover with plastic wrap and let macerate for 30 mins, until sugar dissolves.

Remove cinnamon stick then puree. Add raspberry brandy. Distribute 1-2 tbsp berry mixture between champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with mint and serve.
