  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 6 ounces Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 ounces Butter

    Bring pot of water to boil

    Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and milk

    Mix batter well

    Using a spatzle maker grate over boiling water

    Finish by melting butter in pan. Saute cooked and drained spatzle
