  • 2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish.

    Put 2 slices of Swiss cheese over each breast.
  3. 3
    Stir together the soup and the wine, and pour it over the chicken.

    Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top of the chicken.

    Drizzle the melted butter over the top of everything and bake, uncovered, at 350° for an hour.
