Ingredients
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. chicken broth (Swanson)
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
Directions

1Combine salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.

2Sprinkle chicken with seasonings.

3Brown chicken in ovenproof skillet. Remove chicken and set aside.

4Add onions, green pepper and rice. Stir in broth and cumin.

5Return chicken to skillet.

6Bring to a boil.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and liquid is absorbed.

8Garnish with chopped parsley.
