  • 4 1/2 c. Special K cereal
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. butterscotch chips

    Melt together the last 3 ingredients.

    Bring to boil the sugar, syrup and peanut butter.

    Remove and add vanilla.

    Add Special K.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour the melted butter and chips on top.
