  • 1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (3-inch) onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 pkg. George Washington seasoning
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 6 to 8 c. Special K cereal

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients with seasonings and eggs.

    Add nuts; mix.

    Add cereal.

    (Mixture will be fairly dry.) Press into cake pan.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes a 350°.
