- 3 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pt. half and half cream
- 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets the night before until done.

3Chop or shred and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5The next day, melt other ingredients. Pour over potatoes.

6Do not stir.

7Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
