- 2 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Put water, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Add 2 eggs and Crisco; beat with mixer 1 minute.

4Add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 cups flour; beat 2 minutes.

5Add 2 more cups flour; beat until smooth.

6Add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour.

7Stir with a spoon until dough is formed.

8Let dough rest 20 minutes. Shape into rolls; let rise.

9Bake 20 minutes at 375°.

10Makes approximately 36 rolls.
