- 1 1/2 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Combine corn, cracker crumbs, evaporated milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper in a buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
