Speedy Scalloped Spinach

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach or 1 large (27 oz.) can spinach
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Lawry's seasoned salt to taste

    If using frozen or canned, be sure to drain well.

    Blend soup, seasoned salt, onion

    and milk.

    Combine with spinach and blend well. Spoon into

    casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
