  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 egg, whipped
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Blend together cake mix, applesauce, salad oil and egg.

    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

    Mix in raisins and nuts, then place dough in refrigerator for several hours.

    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
