- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of onion salt
- pinch of ginger
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Toast almonds in butter over low heat.

2Sprinkle with salts, ginger, nutmeg and soy sauce.

3Shake pan to distribute spices. Cook and stir until nuts are dry.

4Makes 1/2 cup nuts.
