Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. lite brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut

Directions

    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla.

    Gradually stir in flour mixture, coconut, oats and nuts.

    Turn into a greased 9-inch square cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool. Cut into bars.
