- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and boiled
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup (10 oz.)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Boil carrots (if you want them crisp, don't boil too long). Drain carrots.

2Mix all ingredients in a large container. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
