- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium sweet pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 can condensed Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut carrots in about 1/2 inch rounds.

2Cook until tender. Drain and mix with other ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours.

3Warm before serving.
