  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon turmeric
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 large tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped
  • 14-12 teaspoon sugar, according to taste

    Heat oil in a large skillet.

    Add onion and cook until soft.
