- 1 head cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 large tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped
- 14-12 teaspoon sugar, according to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet.

2Add onion and cook until soft.

3Stir in the mustard, salt, and turmeric.

5Add cauliflower.

6Stir to make sure it is evenly coated with the onion mixture.

7Add tomatoes, cumin and sugar.

8Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

9Stir occasionally to keep it from boiling.
