- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Moroccan spice mix
- 1 lb boneless white fish fillets, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 2.5 oz frozen peas
- 1/3 cup small fresh mint leaves
- 4 None small whole wheat pitas
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- None None lemon wedges, to serve
Directions

1Combine flour and spice mix on a large plate. Add fish and turn to coat, shaking off excess.

2Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 4 mins, or until lightly browned. Add peas and cook for 2 mins, or until peas are heated through and fish is cooked to your liking. Remove pan from heat. Stir in mint.

3Place pitas on serving plates. Top with lettuce and yogurt then fish mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
