  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 4 c. pecans or walnuts

    Mix egg white and water. Stir. Do not beat. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate dish. Coat pecans in egg white mixture, then coat pecans in dry mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 250° on nonstick cookie sheet.
