- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. grits
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- hot water
Directions

1Boil enough water for 1 cup of grits.

2To hot water, add onion flakes, parsley flakes, butter and soy sauce; cook for 1 minute. Add seasoned salt and grits.

3Cook with top on boiler on very low heat, stirring occasionally.

4Add more butter, if you desire, before serving.
