Spiced Kiwi Jam

  • 6 kiwi fruits (1 1/4 lbs. total)
  • 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 18 teaspoon allspice
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon

    Halve kiwis lengthwise and scoop flesh out into a bowl.

    Mash with a fork.

    In medium saucepan combine kiwi, pineapple juice, sugar, allspice and cinnamon.

    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until jam reduces to a generous 1 cup.

    Transfer to mason jar, let cool and refrigerate.
