  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger (powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne (ground)
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. mint, freshly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, freshly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 16 small rib lamb chops
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 mint sprigs (for garnish)
  • 6 lemon slices, seeds removed (for garnish)

Directions

    Mix the spices in a bowl.

    In another bowl, cream the butter with a fork, adding 3 teaspoons for the spice mixture, the mint and the parsley.
