- 3 cups frozen loose hash browns, shredded and thawed
- 1/3 cup butter
- margarine, melted
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

3Drizzle with butter.

4Bake at 425F for 25 minutes.

5Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.

6In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Pour over all.

8Reduce heat to 350F; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

9Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
