  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 cup whole almond
  • 12 cup walnut halves
  • 12 cup pecan halves

    Lightly oil a foil lined baking sheet.

    Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the ginger, curry powder, and cayenne.

    Saute until fragrant, about 5 seconds.

    Then add the nuts.

    Stir until mixture is amber colored and nuts are coated well, about 6 minutes.
