  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 lb. pecans, chopped (3 1/2 to 4 c.)
  • 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
