  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 to 4 c. nut meats (raw)

Directions

    Whip egg white and water until frothy.

    Coat nut meats.

    Blend sugar and spices.

    Toss and mix with nuts (a bag is handy).

    Spread on large baking sheet.

    Bake for 1 hour at 225°, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Shake off loose coating.

    Crispy, not too sweet.
