  • 8 ounces, weight Penne
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 3 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1/2 cups Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan
  • Croutons For Topping (optional)

Directions

    Cook penne according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. Drain well.

    In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Fold in dressing and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, top with croutons if desired.
