- 8 ounces, weight Penne
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- 3 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1/2 cups Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan
- Croutons For Topping (optional)
Directions

1Cook penne according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. Drain well.

2In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Fold in dressing and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

3Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, top with croutons if desired.
