  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg whites until frothy, but not stiff.

    Add water and beat a little longer.

    Fold in pecans.

    Mix until well coated. Mix

    in remaining ingredients.

    Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225°.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
