  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans

    Blend water and egg whites and beat stiff.

    Mix sugar, salt and spices and add to mixture.

    Dip pecans with mix.

    Spread on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 250° for one hour.
