Directions

    Combine the milk, spices, and sea salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to a gentle simmer and let the spices steep for 5 minutes. Remove the spices. Add the oats and cook, stirring occasionally, until they're tender.
