Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. each cloves, nutmeg and allspice
  • 2 c. pecan halves*

Directions

    Combine sugar, spices and water in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

    Stir in pecans.

    When starts to thicken, dump onto wax paper and separate.

    Store in covered container.
