  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Pecan Halves

Directions

    1. Bring all but the pecans to a simmer in a non-stick saucepan. Continue to to simmer until reduced by a third to form a syrup.

    2. While reducing, lightly toast the pecans in the oven.

    3. Toss the toasted pecans in the syrup, and spread on a wax paper to set.
