- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 cups Pecan Halves

11. Bring all but the pecans to a simmer in a non-stick saucepan. Continue to to simmer until reduced by a third to form a syrup.
