- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon of water until frothy, but not stiff.

2Mix pecans in egg white mixture thoroughly.

3Mix dry ingredients and pour over pecans.

4Coat throughly.

5Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 325° for 1/2 hour, stirring at the 15 minute interval.

6Place on waxed paper in single layer until cool.

7Store in airtight container.
