- 1 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 egg white
- 1 lb. whole pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Fluff up water with egg white.

2Cover pecans with fluff. Blend sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3Add sugar mixture to pecans, stir to coat pecans evenly.

4Spread pecans on a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 300° for about 33 minutes, stirring after every 11 minutes.
